The human body consists of 60% water.
It is always advised to drink more than 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.
Maybe a few of us follow this rule. But what about the rest?.
Your mom or partner may yell at you for not drinking an adequate amount of water. But still, that couldn’t change your habit of drinking just 3 to 4 (or less) glasses of water a day.
If you are from a warmer region, you should positively take more than 10 glasses of water per day. In warmer climates, a lot of steam gets evaporated per hour. To keep it balanced, you need to consume more ounces.
Remembering to drink can be hard especially if you’re busy at work and don’t have time to worry about that lingering feeling of thirst, or if you have a workout and don’t want to feel like crap.
1. Eat your water:
Eat vegetables and fruits regularly because they contain much more O2 than any other food item. The veggies are a huge source of protein and help us build better immunity and adding them to an overall balanced diet will help you gain more water.
2. Used marked water bottles:
We love to keep a check on the amount of work we do daily. Similarly, try using marked water bottles. It will help you keep a track of water consumed throughout the day.
3. Drink water after every toilet breaks
One of the efficient ways to maintain the natural body water level. I follow this technique. It is really good. This is a simple process but needs you to make this a habit.
4. Have a glass of juice every day:
As we know fruits contain so much water. Consuming their juice is like taking water and it’s nutrients too. You can have an orange for example.
5. Can go for walks or jogging:
Jogging, walking, or exercising automatically boosts our water affinity. We are required to drink water after a long tiring walk. So if you can exercise and drink glucose water, that will be a great success.
6. Carry a water bottle wherever you go:
This is quite crucial. If you want to stay active and fit, just carry a pocket bottle wherever you go, whenever you go. Whenever you feel thirsty, just take a sip.
7. Set reminders for water drinking:
Setting reminders for water drinking will not only allow you to drink at a regular time but slowly develop into a good habit.
8. Apps might be helpful to keep you on track:
There are some applications that might help you to estimate the amount of daily consumption. It is a good process, as far as you don’t forget to charge your cell phone!
Hydration needs are different for all souls. It is our body mass that determines the amount of water we should take.
You have to find it out on your own how your body feels after being hydrated. Some people have kidney issues and are prescribed to drink less water, but people who need to drink water should do that.
